Ribeye Steak (8 oz) grilled as you like, with a lemon-garlic butter and horseradish mashed potatoes
Bay Snapper
- Pan fried with shrimp in a ginger sauce
Grilled herbed marinated pork chop a la Española with shrimp and scallops in a spicy tomato-tattagon creamy sauce
Margarita Chicken
- Sautéed in a honey-tequila-lime glaze with scallops
All entrees (except Paella) are served with Black Beans and Rice or horseradish mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Focaccia bread baked daily.
