  Welcome to "Tamara's Café Floridita", spanish for "Tamara's little Florida Café", awarded four hats by food critic Ashby Stiff of the Tallahassee Democrat in 1999. Tamara, a native of Venezuela, began her love affair with the art of food preparation while producing national television shows in Caracas, Venezuela where she often featured cooking segments with world-famous chefs. She has collected hundreds of recipes and cooking wisdom on her 20 year journey from South America to Apalachicola, Florida. |
